Scott's Scuba Gear

my_drysuit.jpg (39710 bytes) Drysuit: Whites Aqua Pro Self Entry, bilaminate with hip pockets. After diving wet for five years, I'm really appreciating this! For insulation in the Puget Sound, I prefer to wear several thin layers: a tee-shirt, long johns (top and bottom), a fleece jumpsuit, fleece vest, and a fleece jacket.
Regulator: Atomic Aquatics Z1 2nd stage, Scubapro MK-20 DIN 1st stage, and analog pressure gauge. I have another set of Mares regs with all gages set aside as a loaner to friends and for Corey when he gets certified. I also have a set of Dacor regulators when I dive with a pony bottle.
BC: Sea Elite back-inflation tech BC with integrated weights. I'm pretty happy with it, but my next BC will be a steel backplate and wings.
Tanks: Two Steel 3500 psi 100's, one Steel 3500 psi 80, two old steel LP 72's, and a 13 cu. ft. pony bottle. In the picture, the shorter tanks are the steel 100's, next two a couple standard aluminum 80's.
Computer: Suunto Favor wrist mount. It's a pretty basic computer, but does what I need it to, and the info is easy to read.
Apollo Pro Bio fins. Before I had split fins, I absolutely hated any sort of surface swim, but now I don't mind even the fairly long ones. I am still amazed how much difference there is between my Bio Fins and my old standard Tusa fins.
